Yes. Asta is built and run by FutureIK Technologies Pvt Ltd in Kochi, the same company that makes FutureIK screens and installs them. We say so up front, and the Channel Charter makes sure it never works against you.
Not with the customers you register. The Channel Charter stops us from selling them Asta, screens, installation or any other service, and from contacting them — while you're a partner and for 24 months after. With other customers, FutureIK does sell and install. We'd rather tell you now than have you find out later.
Email us the customer's name, location and what you're offering them. We confirm in writing within one business day. The customer is protected for 90 days, and we extend it once if the deal is still moving.
No. Asta runs on Android media players and Android screens from any maker. Support for LG webOS, Samsung Tizen and other systems is coming soon. Tell us the model your customer uses and we'll confirm it before you quote.
Yes. Your logo replaces Asta's on the Asta dashboard and on the screens. Any customer can do this on the Professional plan; for partners it costs nothing extra.
Per screen, per year, on two plans: Essentials and Professional. Enterprise covers anything custom. We share partner prices on a call, not on the website. You set your own price to your customer and we never publish ours, so your margin stays your business.
You answer your customer's everyday questions, with our training and the Asta Docs. Anything harder comes to our team. We never contact your customer unless you ask us to.
